If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are required to provide will be transmitted directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of the transaction records and the merchant's policies and rules.
We accept online payments using Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards in Saudi Riyals.
Shipping, Delivery, and Collection
We look forward to serving you in a manner that meets your expectations. Therefore, we kindly request that you provide us with a clear address to ensure prompt delivery. The address must include the building, villa, or apartment number, as well as the street name and city. A phone number and the name of the recipient must also be provided. Before placing your order, please carefully review the product specifications and agree to abide by the website's Terms of Use.
We ship orders via our "Home Delivery" service daily, except for Fridays, official holidays, and special occasions. Delivery takes place within 5 business days from the order confirmation date. "Home Delivery" is a door-to-door service in most cases. However, we regret that this service may not be available in some instances due to limited delivery capacity in certain remote areas or unclear addresses.
Delivery Fees
The delivery fee is 25 SAR to all regions of the Kingdom. In the event of a special offer, the customer may be exempt from the delivery fee, subject to the terms and conditions of the offer available at the time of purchase.
For shipments outside of Saudi Arabia, the delivery time depends on the international procedures of each country. You can track your shipment using the tracking number sent to you via SMS or email. International shipments may incur certain taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for any damage to or return of the shipment due to customs.
Exchanges, Returns, or Cancellations
We understand that you may change your mind about a purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, simply contact our customer service. To cancel your order, we will make every reasonable effort to do so, provided your order has not already been fulfilled. If it has, we will treat the cancellation as a return. Please refer to the Returns section below for more information. In any case, you can always contact our customer service team; they will be happy to assist you. Regarding Cash on Delivery orders, if a customer repeatedly requests cancellation or the order is not received by the delivery company without a valid reason, the company reserves the right to cancel the Cash on Delivery option for that customer.
Dakhoon's policy allows you to return the product within a maximum of 7 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition. Please review the Returns Policy page. Refunds will be issued to the same source.
Returns
If you receive the wrong product, or if the product you received is damaged or defective, you can return it without any additional return fees.
However, if you simply wish to return the product for any reason, a return shipping fee of SAR 25 will be charged. We will be happy to process your return within 15 days.
The returned product must be unused, with all tags and labels (if applicable) still attached, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be in good condition, in its original box or packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Returns must be made within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept returns if the original box or packaging has been opened or tampered with. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the full amount paid will be refunded, minus the return shipping fee.
Returns may not be accepted if the item is damaged or soiled. Once we have inspected and approved the return, we will refund the purchase price, excluding the initial shipping fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs to the online store address. Please note that shipping and payment fees are non-refundable. We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible.

Exchanges
You can exchange products within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to availability. Returned products must be unused, with all tags and labels (if applicable) intact, in the same condition as when received, in good condition, and in their original packaging, along with the original invoice. This excludes products with a manufacturing defect, which can be exchanged or refunded even if opened.
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, you may exchange it for any other product: of the same value; or of greater value, in which case you will be refunded the price difference; or of higher value, in which case you will be required to pay the price difference at the time of exchange plus a shipping fee of SAR 25.
If the product is different or damaged, please photograph it and send it to customer service, or contact customer service through their designated communication channels.
